The corporate name “Netcom Engineering S.r.l.” is established

The corporate name becomes “Netcom Engineering S.p.A.”; Netcom officially becomes a joint-stock company

NetCom Engineering becomes NetCom Group S.p.A.
2017
NetCom Group acquires a Piedmont-based company specialized in ICT and remote technical support
2019
NetCom Group reaches a turnover of €50 million and decides to invest increasingly in research and development of new technologies to support humans, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence
2020
Netcom Group is split: this demerger gives rise to Netcom Engineering S.p.A. as the operating joint-stock company and Netcom Group S.p.A. as a pure holding company. Netcom Engineering then becomes part of a network of companies, namely the Netcom Group Network
2021
Netcom Engineering S.p.A. establishes two foreign offices, in Germany and Turkey, to seize opportunities in the Transport, Design, and Style markets, increasing the size of the Group
2022
Netcom Engineering S.p.A. invests in and acquires a direct stake in QuantumNet, the first Campania-based Academy for Quantum Computing
2023–2024
Netcom Engineering S.p.A. builds relationships with several new companies, progressively expanding the size of the Netcom Group Network
2025
Netcom expands its expertise by entering the railway sector. Netcom also obtains new certifications in Italy and Germany: it adopts the Model ex 231 in Italy, obtains the Gender Equality Certification PDR125, and becomes a Benefit Corporation. As a result, it significantly strengthens its compliance, in line with an updated Code of Ethics. Netcom Engineering thus becomes “Netcom Engineering S.p.A. SB”.
