INTEROPERABILITY
TESTING

Interoperability tests are carried out between mobile devices of different vendors and networks. Test cases are performed in a laboratory environment and field on different network technologies, such as GSM, UMTS, LTE.

The radio tests aim to check the connection and transmission between the device and the network.
The application covers all services such as streaming, playback, video call, SMS, MMS, E -mail, navigation, Bluetooth and so on.

MEDIA

Operation tests and validation are performed on the device (STB, the screen of the device) and on the network .
The tests are conducted in laboratory and live (DVB – S-S2 / T-T2 / C / H) . Netcom has its own laboratories.

Section STB includes verification of internal software, dedicated software (Interactive Application), Electronic Program Guide, Conditional Access Control, hardware capabilities .

Application consists of ITV application development and validation for STB, SmartTV, Console and Tablet .

Network tests are performed to validate the PMT, Carousel Management and A/V streaming.
